We specialise in the valuation and appraisal of commercial property and businesses.

All our valuation and appraisal reports are prepared in full compliance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Appraisal and Valuation Standards (Red Book).

All reports are undertaken by a qualified Chartered Surveyor with appropriate experience in the sector and are checked and approved by a Director prior to dispatch.

The reports are commissioned for numerous uses and can be invaluable tools for the following:

  • Arranging bank finance (secured lending)
  • Taxation
  • Balance sheet purposes
  • Probate and matrimonial issues
  • Ensuring a fair Market Value is established for sale/purchase of a property and/or business
  • Establishing current Market Rental Values
  • Confirming that the return on capital invested is in line with the market for commercial investment property
  • Establishing if the turnover and profit of a business is fair and maintainable

Our reports can relate only to the property or to both the property and business operation.
